Returns

We do not expect there to be any issues with your products, but should there be a problem we will ensure to rectify it as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Damages
Should you find any items within your order that are damaged, please notify us as quickly as possible to ensure we can replace and prevent delays to your project. We will not accept refunds or replacements 7days post delivery so be sure to check everything on delivery.
Changes
Our plans have been designed using your supplied measurements and will have been double checked by your fitter so we will not provide alternative sized products during the fitting free of charge. We will be happy to order alternatives for you but these will incur a cost.
Refunds
We will refund unused items if returned unopened and undamaged 7 days post delivery.
Please be aware that made to order ranges cannot be refunded.
