Delivery

We commit to making your new kitchen journey as stress-free as possible. This is why we ensure the delivery of your new kitchen is planned in accordance with you and your installer.

When?
Working with your timelines, we will ensure your new kitchen is delivered in a timely manner so that you receive it when you are ready for it.​
Once your order is placed, we will double check our plans and wait for your installer to confirm your measurements. We will provide you with a clear timeline of delivery.
You will receive timely updates on when your delivery will take place.
The day has arrived!
Your installer will have received a fitting pack. This will provide them with all relevant information needed to install your kitchen. We will also be at the end of the phone to answer any questions they may have.

You will need to ensure you have cleared an area large enough to store the delivery. Some items could be as long as 3 metres!

Please ensure you have good, clear access to your property. The delivery drivers can refuse delivery if deemed to be unsafe to deliver the goods.

The delivery team will call you in preparation for delivery to confirm parking and access to the property is possible. Please notify them of any parking restrictions or nearby schools that could impact the delivery vehicle's access.
